Ingredients 1 whole chicken butterflied (skin on)3 tbsp Amiena’s Chicken MarinadeJuice of half a lemon60ml double cream yoghurt1 tsp garam masala0.5 tsp tumeric60 ml oilSalt to taste (1-1.5 tsp - depends on the size of the chicken) Method1. Cut incisions into the chicken.2. Mix all the ingredients together.3. Rub into the chicken and let it marinade for a few hours or overnight.4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake in the oven for 45-50min or until done.5. Put the oven on grill and let the chicken get charred. Or braai skin side down first. Turning every 15 minutes until done.
