How to make Chicken Tikka?

Ingredients

1 whole chicken butterflied (skin on)
3 tbsp Amiena’s Chicken Marinade
Juice of half a lemon
60ml double cream yoghurt
1 tsp garam masala
0.5 tsp tumeric
60 ml oil
Salt to taste (1-1.5 tsp - depends on the size of the chicken)

Method
1. Cut incisions into the chicken.
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Rub into the chicken and let it marinade for a few hours or overnight.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake in the oven for 45-50min or until done.
5. Put the oven on grill and let the chicken get charred. Or braai skin side down first. Turning every 15 minutes until done.
