(Recipe adapted from Allrecipes)Makes: 25 - 30 dumplings 250g peeled green prawns 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger 2 spring onions, finely sliced 1 tablespoon Light Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (optional) ½ teaspoons sesame oil 30 gyoza wrappers Method Place prawns in a food processor. Pulse until roughly chopped. Do not let it get fine. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in ginger, Light Soy sauce, Sriracha sauce and sesame oil. Place 1 gyoza wrapper on a flat surface.
